Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Minimum Required Qualifications Education: HS Degree or Equivalent Other Skills and Knowledge: Computer and keyboarding skills Preferred Qualifications Education: HS Degree or Equivalent Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience Prior Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance Other Skills and Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge Communication and customer service skills Why Mercy?
