Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

Job Purpose Statement

To accuratelyshipcustomer orders and packages ina timelymanner.Receive products and stage for quality checks.

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for the shipping of materials from Crown Laboratories to our vendors and customers.

• Responsible for all activities associated with the receiving of components, raw materials, and distributed products

• Review and package all invoiced orders assuring complete accuracy for shipment, working closely with the Dallas office.

• Use the UPS shipping system to ship all invoices.

• Take inventory once permonthlisting part number, lotnumberand quantity of each item in inventory.

• Keep inventory control informed of all changes in inventory quantities.

• Receive all returned goods anddocumentso they can be put back in stock ordetermineif damaged or out of date stock needs to be destroyed with QA approval.

• Assistin other areas as needed.

• Follow allcGMPand Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Related Qualification/Skills

Mustpossessknowledge of daily shipping and receiving functions.Three to fiveyearswarehouse experience required.Basic knowledge of computer experiencerequired.Basic mathrequired.Operation of a forkliftpreferred.Consistent and punctual attendance.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift approximately50lbs.Must be able to stand forlong periodsof time.
