Bargaining unit consideration begins on 7/29/2026 and ends on 8/5/2026 The College of Science and Engineering seeks a temporary skilled and energetic Office and Administrative Assistant to serve in a key role in the Dean's Office. This position provides executive administrative support to the Dean's Office and reports to the Executive Assistant to the Dean. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing daily administrative work processes. Must possess an elevated level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proof, create and update documents using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite. The position interacts, works, and communicates with all CSE staff and UMN employees, therefore must be outgoing and able to provide, interpret and complete administrative direction. Location and Work environment: Location: Twin Cities Campus, University of Minnesota, Walter Library Work Environment: 100% in-person Work Schedule:
