Job Summary:

Responsibilities include the development of reports, dashboards, and other data driven solutions. The candidate will be part of a BI team, working with a variety of data sources across multiple companies and stakeholders to produce data solutions to meet various business needs. The individual must be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on client activity and performance.
* Work directly with stakeholders to capture and document reports, dashboard, and analysis requirements.
* Develop BI reports, dashboards, and other data driven solutions to meet client needs.
* Use of standard or ad hoc queries to extract data from disparate databases and data sources.
* Analyze data to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends or anomalies.
* As assigned, provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve system performance using tools and data provided.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
* Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new requirements and enhancement needs, as well as pain points, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
* Use approved AI tools (Anthropic Claude) to accelerate query development, documentation, and analysis, applying sound judgment to validate outputs.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
* 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or related field
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree
* Exposure to Microsoft Power BI
* Proficiency in SQL
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience performing data analytics for use in business decision-making
* Comfort querying data from cloud and enterprise platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, SAP)
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
* Advanced SQL experience (Database administration)
* Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Excel
* Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and/or the Azure data stack (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake)
* Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or reporting against SAP data sources
* Familiarity using enterprise AI assistants (e.g., Claude) in an analytics or reporting workflow
* Works well in a team or independently and within tight deadlines
* Prior staffing/recruiting experience is a plus!

* This role operates in a modern, hybrid work environment, utilizing technology such as laptops, video conferencing tools, cloud-based applications, and collaborative platforms. Flexibility for remote work is supported, while in-office settings may still involve the use of standard office equipment like computers, telephones, and printers.
* The physical demands described here are representative of those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While carrying out job duties, the employee must regularly be able to speak clearly and hear effectively to communicate with others. The role also frequently requires standing, walking, using hands for fine motor tasks, and reaching with arms.
