Specialty Pharmacist
CPS, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Specialty Pharmacist to provide personalized, high-touch support to patients with complex specialty disease states. In this role, you will help patients navigate their therapy journey, improve medication access, and achieve better clinical outcomes through education, engagement, and ongoing support. You will serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients and healthcare providers while supporting specialty pharmacy operations, patient enrollment and retention, medication management, compliance activities, and clinical initiatives. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys patient interaction, clinical problem-solving, and working in a collaborative healthcare environment. What you will do
