Clinical Staff Pharmacist

As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and interpret medication orders, oversee dispensing activities, support medication therapy management, and help ensure safe, effective, and individualized patient care. In this hospital-based role, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy, promote evidence-based and cost-effective drug use, and contribute to improved clinical outcomes.
