Location: Remote (US- Eastern/Central preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting forTogetherwork'splatformforMicrosoft Dynamics 365-based softwareand related applications.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support requests.

• Communicateand collaborateeffectively with clients and internal teams toidentify,analyzeand resolve issues.

• Deliver excellent customer service while documenting issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Troubleshooting customer issuesrelated toDynamics 365 andintegrated partnerapplications.

• Responding to support ticketsand emailsin a timely manner.

• Diagnosing software defects and configuration issues.

• Creating detailed documentation and escalating complex issues when necessary.

• Collaborate withinternal and external

• Assistingcustomers with system configuration and best practices.

• Leadcalls with customers toreviewand document issues.

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications,Microsoft Dynamics365or Sales Forceexperience (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience inatechnical supportrole.

• Experience using AItoolsina service delivery highly preferred.

• Strongproblem solving,troubleshooting,and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.

• Customer-focused mindset.
• Zendesk preferred

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

$55,000- $60,000
