We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused Dayforce System Administrator to support the administration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of our Dayforce HCM platform. This role is responsible for maintaining system configuration, supporting secure and accurate HR and payroll processes, managing integrations, assisting users, and helping the organization maximize the value of Dayforce across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent functions.


What You'll Do


* Serve as a Dayforce subject matter expert by managing system configuration, security roles, workflows, pay rules, and business processes across assigned modules.
* Support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent operations by ensuring system processes are accurate, efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs.
* Maintain role-based access, security permissions, data privacy settings, and periodic access reviews to support compliance and internal controls.
* Lead or support system enhancements, automation opportunities, process improvements, reconfigurations, and implementation projects.
* Manage Dayforce release activities, including impact analysis, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment support, sandbox maintenance, and change documentation.
* Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and provide timely support to HR, managers, employees, and business partners.
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, training resources, and user support materials.
* Manage and monitor integrations, including APIs, SFTP jobs, imports, exports, and interfaces with related systems such as ATS, ERP/GL, benefits, background check, learning, and identity management platforms.
* Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and compliance metrics to support business decisions and operational visibility.


What We're Looking For


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Dayforce administrator or in a similar Dayforce systems role.
* Experience configuring Dayforce, including security, workflows, reporting, payroll, time rules, benefits administration, data imports, and GL mapping.
* Experience supporting APIs, SFTP processes, integrations, imports, exports, and interfaces across ERP, ATS, benefits, and identity management systems.
* Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, workforce data, reporting, auditing, compliance, and data governance practices.
* Ability to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
