Schedule:1st Shift | 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements:



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least three years of aerospace quality-control, inspection, or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T
  • Experience creating AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
  • Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, scales, protractors, and gauges
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and quality-documentation skills
  • CAD/CAM, CNC programming, CMM, DPD, or MBD experience preferred
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Able to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
  • Ability to move up to 50 pounds with assistance or appropriate equipment


Job Duties:



  • Inspect aerospace products for customer, regulatory, and quality compliance
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, mylars, sketches, and tooling documents
  • Perform dimensional, hardness, conductivity, and mechanical inspections
  • Prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
  • Maintain complete and accurate quality records
  • Inspect mechanical assemblies for safety and functionality
  • Compare internal documentation with customer and industry requirements
  • Communicate defects and quality concerns to production teams
  • Maintain inspection tools, resources, and an organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
