Job Summary As one of the final steps before an employee joins Mass General Brigham, the Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator function plays a critical role in protecting candidates, patients, employees, and MGB by ensuring pre-employment and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Through careful review, verification, and coordination, the team helps mitigate risk while supporting a safe and positive transition into employment.The Pre-Boarding team manages the activities required before a new hire or internal employee can begin work in a new role. Responsibilities include background checks, employment and education verification, I-9 compliance, licensure review, ensuring occupational health clearances, employment authorization review, and other role-specific requirements. The team partners closely with hiring departments, Human Resources, Occupational Health Services, and other stakeholders to ensure a timely, compliant, and seamless onboarding experience.
