Job Summary The Off-Campus Life department at the University of Colorado, Boulder is seeking applications for a Coordinator of Off-Campus Housing & Commuter Student Programs! This position is responsible for providing assistance, services to, and advocacy for, students who reside off-campus. This includes coordinating services that facilitate students locating off-campus housing in surrounding communities, as well as: management of an off-campus housing database, development and coordination of programs and services designed to meet the specific needs of off-campus students and serving as an expert in off-campus student and commuter student needs. Additionally, this position supervises the first year off-campus and commuter student program, including the supervision of 5-8 undergraduate peer mentors, and the department's 6-8 Front Desk Assistants, as well as all aspects of the Commuter Student Lounge. This role is also responsible for coordinating with Student Affairs Communications to sustain OCHNR's OCL's website and social media presence, and cultivation of working relationships with community partners, including off-campus apartment managers/owners. What You Should Know This position has the ability to work in a hybrid work modality with at least 4 days in office during the academic year, at least 3 days in the office during the summer, and has an anticipated work schedule of Monday - Friday during regular business hours, with occasional nights and weekend hours.
