What we offer you Medical Rx Dental Vision Disability Life Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions What you will be doing Responsible for filling out the reports indicated in the work instructions and/or control plan Perform measurements/inspections on the product according to the indicated frequency Responsible for filling the racks and changing them as many times as the process requires during the shift Operate the equipment in accordance with work instructions and following established parameters Carry out inspection and cleaning routines according to the established program Palatize the shift's production for delivery to the annealing oven Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies. Knowledge of chemical hazards, waste management procedures, and implementation of emergency response procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards. Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements.
