In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, assisting clients with planning, scheduling, and coordinating group travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and courteously.
Prepare and provide accurate trip quotes based on customer needs and travel requirements.
Schedule and coordinate motor coach trips, ensuring all details are organized and communicated effectively.
Assist customers throughout the booking process, from initial inquiry to trip completion.
Maintain accurate records, update schedules, and perform data entry as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
Previous customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience preferred.
