Overview
Aquent Studios is looking for a Creative Producer/Strategic Lead for our Technology client for various events. The Strategic Experiences Lead is the single, accountable point of contact for the experiences they own. The role owns the strategy, all-up execution plan, and delivery of one or more activations, carrying the work from concept through on-site execution and the post-event wrap. You will work closely with full-time colleagues and with the agency, concentrating on strategy, leadership, and delivery while the agency takes on hands-on experience design.
Each event runs through one accountable lead. That single point of contact owns the budget, the stakeholder presentations, the executive review cycle, and the delivery of every milestone, giving the team and its partners one clear person to work through. Capacity is deliberately elastic: leads throttle up as an event moves into its heavy planning and execution months and throttle down as it closes, which lets the team cover more of the portfolio without adding headcount.
This position is also a leadership role. The lead is expected to grow strategy and execution capability and to extend Director-level reach across more events, cross-training the model and sharing learnings so that work developed for one event scales to the next. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the single point of contact for assigned experiences, owning the budget, stakeholder presentations, the executive review cycle, and assurance of milestone deliveries.
* Develop the strategy, approach, and all-up execution plan for each assigned experience, and lead one or more activations on site.
* Carry three to four activations per event across the portfolio, cross-pollinating concepts and learnings across Microsoft AI Tour, Ignite, and Build.
* Run the event Hub and its knowledge transfer, keeping the model consistent from one event to the next.
* Provide communications and web and mobile inputs, own the measurement plan, and deliver the post-event wrap report.
* Keep centralized documentation current and front-load planning so scope, statements of work, and purchase orders are locked early and rework is minimized.
* Partner with the agency and the full-time team to resource and deliver activations under the new agency model. Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience leading large-scale experiential or event programs end to end, from strategy through on-site execution.
* A track record of owning budgets, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications for flagship or enterprise-scale events.
* Ability to manage several concurrent activations and to flex capacity across a shifting, multi-event calendar.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including directing creative and production agencies and partnering with internal teams and suppliers.
* Excellent planning, documentation, and program-management discipline, with confident executive-level communication. Preferred Qualifications
* Expertise in event activations HIGHLY DESIRED
* Familiarity with agency and supplier operating models, including statement-of-work and purchase-order processes.
* Experience bridging experience strategy and design or production hand-off within an agency model. #LI-RM21
