Are you interested in integrating specialty medical care with behavioral health services? Consider a role as a Behavioral Health Clinician embedded within a specialty care practice. This 30-hour position is based at MaineHealth Obstetrics & Gynecology-Rockport on the Pen Bay Hospital campus. The practice has a well-established integrated care model and highly values its partnership with behavioral health clinicians.Team members work collaboratively to improve patient outcomes while reducing barriers to care.By providing behavioral health services within the medical setting, patients often feel more comfortable accessing support andparticipatingin treatment. In this role, you will provide screenings, assessments, and brief evidence-based interventions for practice patients. Services may include individual, family, and group treatment.Additionalresponsibilities include:
Experience or interest in treating substance use disorders is preferred. As part of a larger integrated behavioral health team, you willbenefitfrom extensive clinical support and collaboration.
