Job Description




As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver in Fort Pierce, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will drive and conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at commercial real estate locations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures while maintaining professional communication and a visible presence.
  • Prepare accurate reports for incidents, patrol activities, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a valid armed guard card.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
