As a Security Officer Front Desk Services in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a welcoming, professional environment while supporting security-related operations through clear communication and attention to detail. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor access points, review incoming and outgoing traffic information, and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding deliveries, appointments, and/or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk operations and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or security-related incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of experience in a security-related role.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
