We're seeking a motivated R&D Engineer I to support product development, process improvement, testing, and engineering projects in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Product Design, or a related engineering field. Experience Requirements 0-2 years of engineering experience preferred Experience supporting product development, manufacturing, or engineering projects is a plus. Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Job Duties Support product development, sustaining engineering, and process improvement initiatives. Assist with product design, prototyping, testing, and validation activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings. Analyze engineering data and provide recommendations based on findings. Utilize CAD software, including SolidWorks, to support design projects. Coordinate tooling, fixtures, and test equipment development. Investigate technical and manufacturing issues and support corrective actions. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams. Support engineering change processes and continuous improvement efforts.
