Now Hiring: Procurement Agent Location: Irvine, CA Pay Rate: $36.00 - 40.00/hour Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support? We are seeking a Procurement Agent to support sourcing activities, supplier communications, invoice tracking, and procurement operations in a fast-paced professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your administrative and analytical skills while gaining valuable procurement experience. Education Requirements * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred Experience Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or administrative support * Experience supporting sourcing activities, supplier communications, and bid processes * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data tracking and reporting * Experience with invoices, budget tracking, spend analysis, and cost reconciliation * ERP experience, including SAP, is a plus * Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Job Duties * Monitor and respond to procurement inbox inquiries * Assist with RFIs, RFPs, service agreements, and procurement documentation * Support supplier onboarding and vendor communication activities * Collect and compare supplier quotes for sourcing projects * Coordinate with internal teams to gather purchasing requirements * Track spending and help identify cost-saving opportunities * Research invoice-related issues and assist with approval processes * Maintain spreadsheets, reporting, and procurement records Physical Capabilities * Ability to work at a computer for extended periods * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment Employee Benefits * Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Commuter/Parking Accounts * People Perks * Health Savings Account (HSA) * AD&D Insurance Apply Now Take the next step in your procurement career with a temporary opportunity that offers valuable experience, professional growth, and competitive benefits.
