APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, including both Windows PCs and Mac computers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across end-user computing, networking, conference room technology, and Microsoft 365 applications. Deliver smart hands support, including network patching and assistance with IT infrastructure tasks. Support audio-visual systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and meeting room technologies to ensure seamless collaboration. Provide second-level technical support, user guidance, and contribute to IT operational processes, documentation, testing, and continuous service improvements. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 8+ years of experience in designing or documenting IT operational processes. What Sets You Apart: Master domain.
