Overview TRC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Nashville, TN office. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional with at least one year of professional marketing, communications, or related experience who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for energy efficiency and sustainability programs. Working closely with marketing, communications, program operations, and business development teams, this individual will help deliver campaigns, events, communications, and participant engagement activities while ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with program goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to learn and contribute to a growing team. Responsibilities
