Plumbing Maintenance Mechanic

GRAND KING SPA DALLAS LLC (KING SPA & SAUNA) located at 2143 JOE FIELD RD, DALLAS, TX 75229 is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Mechanic (Full-time, 40 hours/week). Requires 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing maintenance, industrial mechanical systems, or high-capacity facility piping networks. Responsible for the professional installation, routine maintenance, comprehensive inspection, and advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex, commercial-grade plumbing systems, dedicated water treatment and filtration facilities, and high-capacity industrial heating and boiler systems within a large-scale, high-volume spa and resort waterpark environment. This critical role ensures the uninterrupted, safe, and efficient continuous operation of highly specialized spa infrastructure, including commercial pools, public water slides, computerized jacuzzi systems, and automated chemical dosing units, while strictly maintaining full compliance with all relevant state and local plumbing codes, environmental safety standards, and occupational health regulations. Additionally, the individual routinely interprets complex technical blueprints and mechanical schematics to diagnose system inefficiencies, systematically manages preventive maintenance schedules for high-pressure water transmission lines, diagnoses pneumatic and hydraulic control failures, and collaborates directly with lead facility engineers to execute large-scale system upgrades, install backflow preventers, and perform emergency copper and PVC pipe restorations under tight operational deadlines to minimize resort facility downtime.
