Position Details: Experience * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support required * Experience providing direct end-user support in a fast-paced environment * Experience supporting executive or VIP users preferred Required Skills * Strong troubleshooting skills across: o Hardware devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) o Operating systems (Windows and macOS) o Common enterprise applications (email, collaboration tools, remote access) * Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive situations * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Skills * Experience with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow preferred) * Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes * Understanding of healthcare or enterprise IT environments Why Mercy?
