Skadden's M&A team in the Corporate practice of the Palo Alto office is seeking an outstanding lateral candidate (class of 2022-2021) with broad experience working on a variety of public and private M&A transactions and the ability to work effectively as part of a deal team across practices areas. High level of academic achievement and peer firm experience preferred. Qualified candidates should be admitted to practice law in California. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 to $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
