Overview:

Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Manager, Technical Services Operations, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Integration Center Team Leader oversees and coordinates the daily operations of their assigned zone. Leads configuration/depot/kitting team ensuring strategic direction is followed and coaching is completed for success. Spends over 50% of their time working alongside the Technicians completing projects while maintaining a high level of productivity. Identifies training needs and ensures training is completed by technicians to perform their jobs and ensure their maximum productivity. Generates daily and weekly KPI reports to present to the management team. This position is a 2nd shift position. The hours are M-F 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily zone activities, including staff schedules, and manages daily processing operations to stay within planned departmental budget per direction of Sr Manager, Technical Services Ops.

    • Works closely with Director and managers to provide direction and growth strategies for the zone.

  • Degree requirements: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
