Are you passionate about creating positive environments where employees feel valued, supported, and connected? Bechtel is seeking a Workforce Services Accommodation and Engagement Representative to support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives and programs in Bechtel's accommodation facilities. In partnership with Project Workforce Services teams, Accommodation teams, Human Resources, and other functional partners, the successful candidate will support programs and strategies designed to enhance the employee experience within Project accommodation environments. This includes developing engagement initiatives, coordinating wellbeing activities, supporting recognition programs, gathering workforce feedback, and identifying opportunities to strengthen retention outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to understand workforce needs, implement initiatives that promote positive accommodation culture and employee wellbeing, and support continuous improvement efforts related to engagement and retention. This position will be based in Bechtel's Reston Office and report to the Workforce Services Accommodation and Housing Manager and support the Workforce Services Supervisor - Engagement and Retention in the broader Craft Professional engagement and retention strategy efforts.
