The Role

Entegris is currently seeking aField Service Engineerto join ourServicesteamonsite at our customer location in Phoenix, AZ.

We areseekinga motivated, Field Service Engineer to support our Microenvironments product line, including FOUPs, FOSBs, and reticle handling pods, at leading semiconductor customer sites. In this role, you will serve as a key on-site technical resource, ensuring product performance and quality while working directly with customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support service activities, respond to quality alerts, performcomponentreplacements, and proactivelyidentifyrisks that couldimpactcustomer production

WhatYou'llDo

• Provide on-site support for FOUP, FOSB, and reticle pod systems within customerfabs

• Complete incoming inspections of reticle carriers when received at the customer

• Respond to quality alerts, field issues, and rework activities with urgency and precision

• Inspect, diagnose, and replace components tomaintainproduct performance and reliability

• Generate and deliver detailed service reports and documentation to customers

• Serve as company liaison with customer engineering and operations teamsregardingtechnical matters, findings and corrective actions

• Assistin coordinatingpossible returnsto an Entegris site for rework or investigation

• While applying knowledge and skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external tool vendors to investigate issues and support root cause analysis

• Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and quality standards

WhatWeSeek

• Associate's orBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilitywith a minimum of 2-4 years of experience

• Excellent attention to detail and ability toidentifydefects

• Strong communicationskills with customer-facing capability

• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction on daily work and priorities

• Ability to interpret technical data and make quality decisions

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% domestically

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Cleanroom experience highly preferred

• Familiarity with semiconductor processes or precision mechanical systems

Work Environment

Work is performed at semiconductor customer sites in cleanroom environments requiring PPE and adherence to strict contamination protocols.The role involves regular interaction with customer engineering and operations teams.
