Job Title: Material Handling Operator

Location: Plainfield, IN

Employment: Contract (12 months)

Industry: Manufacturing

Compensation: $17.00/hrs

Schedule: 40 hours /week

We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join a busy operations team.
In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining efficient inventory processes and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

What You'll Do:

Receive incoming goods, verify shipments against delivery documentation, and inspect items for any visible damage.
Store, organize, pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
Maintain inventory records, support regular stock counts, and update warehouse management systems with relevant data.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including hand-guided industrial trucks and forklifts, where required.
Complete internal material movements and ensure all outgoing shipments include the correct documentation.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in operating warehouse management or inventory software.

What Sets You Apart:

Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period
