Compensation: $ 42 -$46.67 /hrs

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the site's EHS training program, including training matrices, compliance tracking, and learning management systems.
  • Design and deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training while building train-the-trainer capabilities across multiple business functions.
  • Develop and facilitate Safety Leadership training programs for supervisors and leaders, incorporating leadership accountability, Human Performance (HOP) principles, and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Monitor training compliance, audit readiness, workforce qualifications, and key performance metrics, using data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, strengthen training programs, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in EHS or Engineering or Industrial Hygiene
  • 7+ years of experience in EHS experience, preferably in Semiconductor, High-tech manufacturing, R&D environments with complex hazards.
  • 7+ years of experience in LMS platforms and training compliance systems

What Sets You Apart:
  • Demonstrated success building or transforming EHS training programs
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and drive accountability
  • Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills
  • CSP, ASP, CHST, or similar certification
  • Experience with Laser safety programs, Electrical safety / QEW environments, Hazardous materials and chemical safety
  • Familiarity with Human Performance (HOP) ,Learning teams, Structured investigation methodologies
