• Consult with management in developing,improvingandmodifyingstandard work instructions and training manuals

• Work in conjunction withproduction topreventany unscheduled downtimewithin business units

• Help in the establishment ofand maintenance of inventory system transactions

• Participate openly inProblem solving, implementation of changes, safety analysis,areaaudits.

• FacilitateandparticipateinShift andDDS meetings and present results.

• Communicate schedule changes, raw material management,raw materials/ingredients/packagingproduct management - Holds.

• Assistintraining ofothertechnicians, improve/modifyWork instructions, etc.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Be available for overtime and call-ins.

• Maintain effective communication with the Team Leader through conversations, reports, and meetings.

• Be able to analyze problems and suggest effective solutions.

• Must be able to follow, interpret,modify, distribute, and account for the production schedule.

• Must be able to perform all worktasks while following the procedures.

• Must have knowledge of policies related to Safety, GMP, and Food Safety.

• Must be able to be certified tooperatePowered Industrial Equipment (*PIE)in accordance withcompany policies. (*ifapplicableto role).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $28.99 p/hr.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
