Overview: The New Market Clinical Development Director leads the identification, development, and securing of Nursing and Allied Healthcare clinical partnerships to support Herzing University's expansion into new markets. This role is primarily responsible for building and validating clinical access through relationship development, affiliation agreements, and capacity assessment to inform market feasibility and program planning. The position integrates regulatory and academic requirements with real-world clinical availability to support data-driven go/no-go decisions and early-stage market readiness. It serves as a key connector between clinical partners, academic leadership, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure viable pathways for student clinical placement in prospective markets. A fair amount of travel will be required with the occasional need for evening or weekend work based on business needs. REQUIREMENTS:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
