Overview
As a Business Operations Coordinator supporting the Microsoft AI (MAI) HR organization, you will play a key role in enabling the team's success through administrative support and program coordination. Partnering closely with HR leaders and the broader MAI HR team, you will help drive team effectiveness, support onboarding, coordinate people initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of operational priorities. Operating within MAI's agile, mission-driven environment, where cross-functional squads work in planning cycles to rapidly deliver business outcomes, you will help create structure, clarity, and consistency that enable the HR team to scale and deliver impact. Process Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,500 - $125,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,000 - $142,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
