Job Duties



  • Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and equipment, positioning parts with templates, work instructions, or measurement tools.
  • Inspect and verify specifications by measuring completed components, and perform sub-assembly operations according to established procedures.
  • Maintain workmanship standards, quality requirements, and material handling procedures.
  • Complete production documentation accurately, and work according to production schedules and performance standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards, and contribute to team objectives and other production tasks as needed.


Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English required.


Experience Requirements



  • One to two years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Soldering experience on cable assemblies or circuit boards, and IPC certification, are a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, with basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a workstation for prolonged periods.
  • Frequent use of hands for assembly and fine motor tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
