Leasing Manager The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) was established in 1974 to better respond to the County's need for affordable housing. HOC is authorized to acquire, own, lease, and operate housing; to provide for the construction or renovation of housing; obtain financial assistance from any public or private source to assist its housing activities; and arrange for social services, resident services, and daycare. Job Description The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, elevating the property's brand presence, and leading a highperforming leasing team. This role blends traditional leasing oversight with a strong emphasis on marketing strategy, digital engagement, and leadgeneration initiatives. The Leasing Manager will guide, mentor, and support a team of Leasing Consultants to ensure consistent performance, exceptional customer experience, and effective execution of all marketing and leasing activities. Minimum Qualifications Experience: At least 2-4 years of leasing or property management experience; supervisory experience preferred. Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field. In lieu of a degree, an additional two years of Property Management experience may be considered as a substitute. Licenses and Certification:
