Key Responsibilities



  • Execute the company's end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy, translating overarching business objectives into clear, measurable growth initiatives.
  • Strategically align marketing efforts with sales goals to consistently drive predictable pipeline and accelerate closed revenue.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in new markets and service lines.
  • Collaborate with multiple sales leaders to implement automated, AI-enabled processes for prospect research, market intelligence, lead scoring, and streamlined pre-sale and sales workflows.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization, fostering a culture entirely focused on pipeline generation and closed revenue.
  • Develop and oversee a robust content and thought leadership strategy that positions the firm as an industry authority.
  • Drive comprehensive demand generation campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms, industry associations, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are directly tied to quantifiable revenue outcomes, demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Leadership to create a seamless, integrated handoff process between marketing and sales.
  • Establish and implement a unified revenue operations framework to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the Revenue Generation Marketing function, building an organizational structure aligned to ambitious growth goals, including leveraging on and offshore resources and AI capabilities.
  • Foster a performance-driven, accountable, and highly collaborative culture across your team.
  • Serve as a senior executive presence, engaging with key clients and prospects and representing the company at external events, association functions, and industry forums.
  • Continuously translate dynamic market insights into agile adjustments for the GTM strategy.

  • Implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establishing comprehensive dashboards across marketing and sales performance.
  • Driving data-driven decision-making using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and advanced analytics tools.
  • Optimizing funnel performance and improving forecasting accuracy.


Qualifications



  • 10+ years of progressive Revenue Generation Marketing experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, specifically within the Professional Services industry (e.g., consulting or Big Four firms).
  • A proven, verifiable track record of scaling revenue and driving significant business growth.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and operational mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience thriving in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment, adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Possession of a high sense of urgency, coupled with the ability to meet demanding deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
