Key Position Details: Casual (0.0 FTE) position Day shifts, variable shift lengths No weekends Job Description: Provide advanced integrative health and wellness coaching to individuals and groups. Develop programming and materials. Provide training for clients, staff and community. Principle Responsibilities Provide coaching services. Collaborate with client to identify areas for development, using assessment tools. Assess progress regularly, and adapt plan as needed. Document client data in chart and in database. Supports department activities. Participate in departmental research. Develop and provide training for clients, internal staff, and community. Develop programming and materials. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related health or psychology field 2 to 5 years in coaching behavior change and group facilitation in health-related field 2 to 5 years in medical terminology Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in related health or psychology field 2 to 5 years in curriculum design and delivery Licenses/Certifications International Coach Federation (ICF) certification WellCoaches or other ICF accredited and approved body required upon hire Physical Demands Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $32.92 to $45.12 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
