As a Data Analyst at The Clearing, you will be at the forefront of integrating data insights with strategic consulting to create impactful change. Compensation The projected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 annually. Actual compensation and starting salaries are determined based on various factors, including the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and clearance level, as well as internal equity. Once at The Clearing, movement through pay bands is based on performance. Base annual salary is just one component of The Clearing's total compensation philosophy and approach.
