STV's Jacksonville, FL location is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager for our Water Practice Group. You'll contribute immediately to the development and execution of water and wastewater projects of varying sizes as part of a growing office.

In this role, you'll perform project design engineering, design staff oversight, quality control, project management, client development, proposal preparation, and sales pursuits for water and wastewater treatment plant and conveyance projects throughout Florida.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver large and/or multiple projects on time, within budget, and in conformance with contract documents.
  • Assist in executing the existing backlog and developing new project pursuits.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with internal departments, design staff, and key field personnel.
  • Oversee project design and construction.
  • Interface with clients to identify and meet expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing requirements, quality, and deliverables.
  • Lead project status meetings and maintain communication among key stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor staff as assigned.
  • Support corporate initiatives and perform other related duties as required.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida, or the ability to obtain Florida registration through reciprocity.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities and/or conveyance infrastructure.
  • Experience working with local municipalities and utility companies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, planning, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading project meetings and directing, coordinating, and supervising staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related scheduling, spreadsheet, document, and database software.

Compensation Range:

$118,489.97 - $135,417.11
