Duration: 3+ Months (Contract to Possible Hire)

Location: 2015 Randolph Rd, Charlotte, NC 28207

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist I to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite position where the selected candidate will work independently, performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing excellent customer service in a patient-focused environment.

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (approximately 5-15 blood draws per day).
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Label, package, and ensure specimen integrity.
• Distribute stool collection containers and provide patient instructions as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring patient comfort.
• Follow all laboratory safety and quality standards.

• Minimum 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience (required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen processing skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable standing for short periods (10-15 minutes while performing blood draws).
