The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years. What you will be doing * Deliver exceptional, personalized service by welcoming guests warmly and anticipating needs to create memorable experiences. * Arrange and coordinate guest services, including dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, tours, special events, and other local experiences. * Provide expert recommendations on local restaurants, attractions, cultural events, and entertainment tailored to guest interests. * Support Front Desk operations as needed, including guest inquiries, reservations, check-in/check-out assistance, and billing questions. * Manage VIP guest experiences by coordinating special requests, preferences, amenities, and recognition opportunities across departments. * Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively, ensuring a seamless and exceptional stay experience. * Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and internal departments to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations. * Promote and lead the hotel's signature Art Tour Program while sharing the property's history, artwork, and traditions to enrich the guest experience. Position Requirements * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Exceptional guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and create memorable guest experiences. * Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, with the capacity to independently resolve guest concerns in a professional manner. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. * Knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Desk procedures, reservations, billing, and guest services, or the ability to quickly learn operational processes. * Knowledge of Milwaukee's restaurants, attractions, entertainment, and local events preferred; enthusiasm for local history, art, and culture strongly desired. * Proficiency with hotel technology systems, including Opera Property Management System and standard computer applications, preferred. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
