In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications, leveraging an automated fulfillment system to support patients effectively. Your Impactful Responsibilities

• Resolve billing rejects and proactively contact patients or doctors when issues arise, ensuring smooth medication delivery.
• Accurately enter patient demographics and prescription details into the system, maintaining precise records that are critical for patient safety and operational integrity.
• Research insurance rejections and escalate complex questions to a Pharmacist, contributing to effective and timely resolution of patient concerns.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and empathy, providing essential communication and support to patients and healthcare providers.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Active state Registration/Certification (as required).
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate essential systems and tools.
