Essential Job Duties	Conduct interviews with individuals with multiple chemical sensitivity ( MCS) and those without sensitivity to assess the clarity and understandability of survey questions. Perform qualitative analysis of interview data to identify key themes and inform survey refinement. Prepare and present findings to study participants and other interested stakeholders. Draft and submit a scholarly manuscript for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
