Join a Global Leader in Robotics & Automation We're seeking a Sales Support Representative to join a growing customer service team supporting customers across North America. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and technical aptitude who is looking for a long-term career path with opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels * Process and verify spare parts and repair orders * Generate customer quotes and provide order status updates * Maintain customer account information and records * Handle order changes and communicate updates across departments * Partner with Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and Technical Support teams * Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up * Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of customer service experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word * Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: * Call center experience * Order entry, quoting, or parts-related experience * ERP/CRM software experience * Associate's or Bachelor's degree * Automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, technical, or IT experience Training & Growth * Comprehensive 3-week training program * Dedicated mentor assigned after training * Clear opportunities for internal advancement and career growth * Many employees move into other departments and leadership opportunities Work Environment * Modern, professional office environment * Team-oriented culture with strong collaboration * Onsite cafeteria and outdoor seating area * Business casual dress code * Supportive leadership and ongoing development opportunities Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
