Degree Audit Specialist

The Graduate College Academic Affairs Office is recruiting for a degree audit specialist to assist with graduate degree administration, progress, and clearance. This position will join a team of professionals dedicated to supporting graduate students' academic experiences and success through the management of graduate education operations and systems.

Salary: $35.00 per hour

Work hours: Monday-Friday 50-75% time between 8:00-5:00 PM

Duration: Through July 1st, 2027

Work Modality: Flexible. Position may be remote/hybrid/or on-campus depending upon the needs or preferences of the successful candidate.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred qualifications include: attention to detail, experience with time-sensitive transactions and data entry, and familiarity with University of Iowa systems, e.g., MAUI and UAchieve.
