Role Summary The Senior Workforce Fraud Manager is responsible for building and leading Forescout's approach to detecting, preventing, investigating, and mitigating workforce-related fraud risk across the employee and contingent labor lifecycle. This experienced individual contributor partners closely with Human Resources, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Information Security, IT, Employee Success, and business leaders to identify and resolve potential fraud indicators, including candidate identity concerns, falsified credentials, employment verification discrepancies, time or access misuse, policy violations, and other suspicious workforce activity. The role requires sound judgment, strong investigative discipline, data-driven risk assessment, high confidentiality, and the ability to translate findings into practical process improvements and internal controls.
