Job Title: Welder

Location: Sarasota, FL Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using a variety of welding techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metal materials. - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. - Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications. - Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity. - Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools. - Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. - Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. - Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

 Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred. - Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding. - Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. - Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
