Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Department of Neurology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include actively supporting the mission and initiatives of the Feinberg School of Medicine and Northwestern Memorial HealthCare by leading and exemplifying a high quality, collaborative, patient oriented, and efficient academic division. The Medical Director will provide the leadership and strategic vision for the expansion, integration and provision of behavioral neurology services at the regional level across the health network. In this role, the Medical Director will collaborate with department and system leadership to strategically plan, implement, and align clinical programs to enhance access to care while ensuring equitable service delivery and efficient resource management for financial sustainability. Qualified candidates will have an MD degree or MD/PhD equivalent; be board certified in Neurology and hold/be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled. The expected base pay range for this position is $275,615 - $334,811 Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
