SUMMARY The Field Solutions Manager supports the Director of Field Solutions by coordinating the technical development, engineering support, and execution of fire alarm, fire suppression, and life safety system projects - particularly in complex applications. This position serves as a technical leader within the organization, ensuring that engineered solutions comply with applicable codes, customer specifications, and company standards while providing support to sales, operations, field personnel, and customers. The Field Solutions Manager is responsible for coordinating system design, reviewing technical documentation, mentoring technical staff, assisting with complex commissioning activities, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through completion. ORR's focus on Mission Critical and Special Hazards applications requires the Field Solutions Manager to have extensive fire protection experience in both areas, although Special Hazards tends to be an area that requires more specialty support of this nature. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is primarily remote and requires travel as needed to support customer and business needs.
