YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Systems Analyst in 5707 Waterford District Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to: Position Summary This position supports the daily operations of the client's QA Systems Department by assisting the department leaders in tracking, maintaining and entering information in data management systems. This position is responsible for ensuring databases and timeliness of the product approval processes dictated by the clients of the company. In addition to supporting day-to-day QA operations, this role will help expand and enhance the capabilities of the QA Systems function by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and introduce automation. The QA Systems Analyst will partner with QA leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and consistency across QA processes. * Support testing, implementation, and adoption of enhancements to QA systems, tools, and workflows. Distribution Tasks

Process Improvement & Automation * Review existing QA processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for standardization. * Design, document, and implement improved workflows that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within QA operations. * Support the development of dashboards, reports, trackers, and other tools that improve visibility into QA performance, approvals, incidents, and operational metrics. * Measure the impact of process improvements and automation initiatives, including time savings, reduction in manual activities, improved data accuracy, and process turnaround time. Other Projects * Manage the GFSI Requests monthly for the brand with Suppliers/Distributors to ensure compliance with System Requirements * Ability to review data and make decisions to alert appropriate teams on any trends/issues * Other related duties/projects specific to the Brand you are supporting * Other related duties as assigned. * At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner. Communication * Internal Interlocutors: Team members (Miami, Mississauga and Gainesville RS) * External Interlocutors: Client QA Team Members, Suppliers, Distributors
Qualifications Required * BS in a related field with 2 years experienced * Required skills: A high level of problem-solving skills. o The ability to analyze, model and interpret data o Problem-solving skills o A methodical and logical approach o The ability to plan work and meet deadlines o Accuracy and attention to details * Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes, identify root causes, recognize patterns, and translate findings into actionable improvements. * Demonstrated interest or experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, systems analysis, or operational efficiency. * Experience working with data management, reporting, business intelligence, workflow automation, or similar business systems is strongly preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret operational data. * Management Experience: N/A Success Factors / Job Competencies * Team Collaboration: Working well with colleagues. * Time Management: Efficient use of time. * Communication Skills: Clear information exchange. * Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information discreetly. * Successful Project Coordination: Efficient project handling. Physical Demands and Work Environment * Office environment with moderate noise (i.e. computers, phones, printers and light traffic). Must have the ability to work at a computer station for an extended period of time.
