What to Expect

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Program Manager to serve as the primary program owner for one or more assigned electroniccomponentsuppliers. This role is accountable for end-to-end execution of Tesla's supply chain programs at the supplier level - spanning forecast management, capacity planning, purchase agreements, data quality, and cross-functional coordination across all commodities and PCBAs sourced from the account.

TheSOMacts as the key liaison between Tesla's Supply Chain organization and assigned suppliers, while partnering closely with Supply Chain Managers (commodity owners), Operations Program Managers (PCBAcomponentowners), Engineering, and Contract Manufacturing partners. This role will report to our Supply Chain Group Manager and serve as the active program management resource ensuring supplier readiness, compliance, and performance across Tesla vehicles, energy products, and other EE-intensive programs.


What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end program execution for assigned supplier account(s), covering both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining phases
  • Serve as Tesla's primary program point of contact for assigned suppliers; coordinate across all commodities and PCBAs sourced from the account
  • Partner with Supply Chain Managers to align commodity sourcing strategies with supplier-level execution plans and capacity commitments
  • Partner with Operations Program Managers to ensure supplier data, forecasts, andcomponentsubmissionsareaccurate
  • Manage supplier forecast submissions, purchase plan agreement (PPAs)exhibits, and capacity reviews; drive adherence to Tesla forecast and commitment cadences
  • Own supplier-level data quality and process compliance, includingmanufacturingflowclarification, forecast accuracy, andstandardized /high qualityreporting
  • Lead regular supplier program forums, status reviews, and executive summaries with internal stakeholders and supplier leadership
  • Coordinate supplier business reviews (SBRs) and periodic performance assessments; track and escalate supplier-specific risks, shortages, and recovery plans
  • Manage supplier training on Tesla data systems, quality reporting, forecast uploads, and program process requirements
  • Drive resolution of cross-commodity and cross-PCBA supplier issues that span multiple internal owners

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain program management, supplier account management, or high-volume manufacturing supply chain roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to translate betweensupply chain and supplier planning teams
  • Experience with electronics supply chain operations, including forecast management, capacity planning, and supplier performance tracking
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Background in contract manufacturing,materialmanagementor supply planning
  • Experience managing supplier accounts in PCBA/electroniccomponentsupply chains
  • Familiarity withcapacity planning and forecast / response to forecast activities
  • Experience coordinating across commodity managers and program managers in a matrixed organizations

    Expected Compensation
    $84,000 - $324,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
